Capital Improvements Planning for the 2012-2013 Impact Fee Update

To accurately determine the costs of providing new development infrastructure for assessing impact fees, it is necessary to update the Capital Improvements Plan for Roadway Impact Fees (Roadway Improvements Plan or RIP) and Capital Improvements Plan for Utility Impact Fee (UIP) to identify roadway and utility infrastructure needed for projected growth over the next ten years and the probable cost of each project. As mandated by Chapter 395 of the Texas Local Government Code, only projects listed are eligible for the assessment of impact fees.
