Mobile Printing to Either Library

McKinney Public Library patrons can now print from their smartphones, tablets, or personal computers either from within the library or remotely. Print jobs can be sent to either of our two locations:

  • Roy & Helen Hall Memorial Library, 101 E. Hunt St. Map
  • John & Judy Gay Library, 6861 W. Eldorado Pkwy. Map

You can send a mobile print from your web browser, by sending an email to the printer, or through the free PrinterOn app.

Picking Up Print Jobs

Each of the three methods gives you a confirmation that the print job has been processed and is ready to be picked up at your chosen location. Then go to the desired Library Document Station to release your print job:

  • Roy & Helen Hall Library, second floor, west wing Map
  • John & Judy Gay Library, information desk Map

Print Copies

  • Prints are black and white, single-sided, $.15 per page.
  • Print jobs are held for 24 hours, then automatically deleted. Only the user who sent the print job can release it, using an email ID submitted when creating the print job.
  • A library card number is not needed.
  • Printing is self-service, but staff will be happy to assist you.
