Community Center Patio Addition


With this project, an outdoor patio will be added to the southeast side of the building overlooking the beautiful scenery along the Wilson Creek corridor
Construction expected to be completed Nov 2016

Aquatics and Fitness Center - 7001 Eldorado Pkwy.


This 80,000 square foot aquatics and fitness facility will include a gymnasium, sports courts with elevated track, childcare, classrooms, locker rooms and indoor and outdoor pools. View construction photos

Bonnie Wenk Park Phase 2


This project will connect the existing park road in Phase 1 to Hardin Blvd, add three lighted athletic fields, splash pad area, two nature-themed playgrounds and provide additional parking.
Design is underway with construction targeted for 2016

Wilson Creek Hike and Bike Trail


This trail will connect the Grady Littlejohn Softball Complex to Eldorado Parkway and includes approximately 1/3 mile of 12' wide concrete trail.

Comegy's Creek Hike and Bike Trail


This trail will connect Malvern Elementary School with the Community Center and includes a pedestrian bridge and approximately 1/2 mile of 12' wide concrete trail.

Rowlett Creek 121 Hike and Bike Trail


This trail will provide a connection between the trail along TPC Drive to the City of Allen trail along the west side of Rowlett Creek at Exchange Parkway.

The Courts at Gabe Nesbitt Expansion


This project includes the expansion of the tennis center with 9-10 additional courts, 4-6 indoor courts (future phase) as well as landscape enhancements, trail improvements and sports field practice areas within Gabe Nesbitt Park.
