Citizens are encouraged to participate but are cautioned that every bidder bears the responsibility to familiarize him/herself with the rules and requirements involved with bidding and awards. All disputes must be handled between the bidder and Rene' Bates Auctioneers, Inc. All awarded bidders must adhere to the schedule advertised including times for viewing and pickup of items.
