Bonnie Wenk Park Phase 2
This project will connect the existing park road in Phase 1 to Hardin Blvd., add two lighted athletic fields, two playgrounds including the city's first All Abilities Playground, trails, swings, a restroom and parking.

Completion is expected by the end of 2018.

The Courts at Gabe Nesbitt Expansion 

This project includes the expansion of the tennis center with 12 additional courts, maintenance building, playground areas, landscape enhancements, trail improvements and sports field practice areas within Gabe Nesbitt Park.
Construction is underway with completion targeted for summer 2019


George Webb Park

This park is located within the Westridge development near the intersection of Millbend and Eden Dr. and will include a pavilion(s), playground areas, swings, basketball court, open play areas, a looped trail and landscaping / tree plantings.
Construction is underway with a completion date of mid-summer 2019.
Rowlett Creek / SPCA Trail
This trail will provide an undergrade connection between Rowlett Creek on the north side of Stacy Rd. to the existing trail along the south side of Stacy Rd.
Project on hold pending land acquisition.

Cottonwood Park Renovations

This project will include renovations and upgrades to park amenities that are currently on the site.  
Construction expected to begin in 2019.

Gray Branch Park Master Plan

The master plan update for this 212-acre park located south of 380 and along both sides of Gray Branch Road will include sports fields, a recreation center, trails, pavilions, concessions, parking, maintenance facilities, and playgrounds.
Design in progress. No construction is planned at this time.

Fitzhugh Park Improvements

This includes adding a drinking fountain and a new pavilion with tables and benches.
Project is in design to be completed December 2018.

Finch park

Improvements to this 104-year-old park include a new pavilion and trail connections.
Project is in design with no set timeline. 

Prestwyck Neighborhood Park

This park will be located near the intersection of University Drive and Coit Road within the Prestwyck subdivision.
Project is in design with no set timeline.

Ongoing Median Improvements

Medians on White Street as well as Collin McKinney Parkway from Stacy Road to Lake Forest Drive are currently in the design phase.
